um ok here is my build and equip but i`m working on making it +10 and i do have the cards

Helm: Feather beret/beret/poopoo hat
Armor: Saint Robe/Valk armor - Marc card and evil druid card
Shield: Valkyrie shield - Thara frog card
Weapon: Long mace/Spike(reduce your defense so ice pick does low damage)
Garment: Proxy skin/Woool Scarf - Noxious Card
Shoes: Diablo shoes/Tidal shoes(Green ferus card)/Variant
Accesory: Water Brooch - Smokie card, Alligator cards.
Stats
50-100str(for carrying pots)
250vit + spike
no int
200 dex
no luk
Wear spike to reduce ur vit defense.

it's okay if you don't have overup'd gears. Your long mace does NOT have to be upgraded o_O
Keep your +10SOR in inventory for when you're using sanc. on the emperium / barricades
Slotted spikes... eh. Use beret/fberet/poopoo instead.

Default long mace unless you're getting attacked by a SinX, then swap.
BG armor (2% demi-human reduction) would be a bit better than Saint's Robe or valk armor.\
Uhhh, why 250 vit? 150 vit gives status immunity, no?
Anyhow @ Midalia Mind to post your updated gears and stats? Aim for 200 total dex, 150 total vit, and you can place the rest in Str for weight capacity.
Most likely woe here will be different than your past woe low rate server, mind if I ask which one it was?
Are you able to use and sign into Ventrilo during woe times? (Ventrilo is similar to skype/Teamspeak.)

Sanctuary on the barricades is pretty much useless, since its heal is so minimal. Its a high rate the damage its receiving is much more than that of a low-rate. ~900 heal every second or so is fairly useless.
Overupped gears aren't usually worth the hassle of getting, and also an ice pick wearing sinx would deal more damage, stick with +4 gears.

Also, please make sure to farm Giggling boxes (Heals 9% hp per use), Boxes of painting (Heals 9% sp), Speed Potions (From BG or the quest), Authoritative badges (Gives permanent increase agi, so quagmire, Slow grace, decrease agi doesn't slow you down as much), and Kafra Cards (Voting for points on lumina's website) to access storage to restock on materials if you're in the castle and need to do so.

Every1 is having trouble patching.. so just leave the patcher and go do somethin else.. it wil be done in like 45mins?

200 total agi
Try to get 200 total dex
And rest Str for weight capacity.
You should be able to get
Gears: Try to obtain the battleground set (Combat Boots, Elite Archer Suit, and Commander's Manteau, it gives 10% ranged reduction) until then just wool+tidal, proxy+ Variants, diabolus manteau+Diabolus boots, or whatever you have access to. Also get two Rope of Unbalance each with 1 Golem Card (It prevents your weapon from breaking), and then 2 Female Thief Bug cards (Gives +1 agi).
Your priority in woe is to slow grace the enemy guild, Tarot single targets, and use Scream if necessary.
It doesn't matter if you don't have a microphone, as long as you can hear us if you're able to is fine enough. Ventrilo makes communication easier.
Also, do you know how to flash songs quickly?
